LBP AM European Private Markets (“LBP AM EPM”) is launching an evergreen investment vehicle designed for pan-European distribution under the ELTIF 2.0 framework, in partnership with Titanbay. Distributed across Europe1 by LFDE, a subsidiary of LBP AM, the fund aims to address the growing demand from investors for private markets opportunities through an ELTIF-compliant solution.
Sitting within Titanbay’s regulated Luxembourg SICAV umbrella, “Titanbay Global Private Markets Strategies”, and structured as a master-feeder vehicle, LFDE EPM Private Opportunities ELTIF (the feeder fund) will invest exclusively in LBPAM Private Opportunities2 (the master fund, managed by LBP AM), a French domiciled ELTIF 2 that has already raised €336M of AuM and made commitments to 12 underlying funds. Available from €1,000, LFDE EPM Private Opportunities ELTIF is accessible to both professional and non-professional investors.
LFDE EPM Private Opportunities ELTIF aims to provide a diversified turnkey solution across the main private asset classes through a fund-of-funds approach. The strategy allocates capital to well established corporate direct lending, private equity and infrastructure (both equity and debt) managers across Europe.
This launch comes amid strong demand for solutions that provide easier access to private markets while benefiting from the diversification offered by a multi-asset approach.
Through this strategic partnership, Titanbay will act as AIFM and provide a Luxembourg-domiciled ELTIF feeder fund, giving LBP AM EPM a fully compliant investment management framework across multiple European jurisdictions. Its technology automates what the industry still does by hand: onboarding, KYC/AML, subscriptions, and investor reporting. Titanbay's TradeEngine, the first trading infrastructure designed specifically for private markets funds, removes the complexity that has held private markets back from the European wealth channel.
"This partnership demonstrates that the regulatory, operational and technological complexity inherent in distributing funds across multiple European countries. LBP AM EPM brings exceptional investment expertise across European private markets. Our role is to make sure they can focus on that, while we take care of the rest." said Richard Kiddle, Managing Director, GP Solutions atTitanbay.
“This partnership with Titanbay is a key step for us: after the success of LBP AM Private Opportunities in France, we are taking the next step by launching a vehicle that will be marketed outside French networks allowing us to offer our expertise in portfolio structuring and multi-asset strategy design to European investors.” said Irène d’Orgeval, Head of Capital Solutions, LBP AM European Private Markets
“Private markets are becoming an essential component of long-term portfolio construction, and this initiative aims to make these opportunities accessible to a broader range of investors. We are convinced that this approach may enable investors to benefit from diversification across strategies, geographies and vintages, while accessing top-tier managers” added Anne-Sophie Girault, Head of International Development, LFDE.
