LBP AM strengthens its European Private Markets team,
with the arrival of Gabriele Perri as Investment Director within the Capital Solutions division

LBP AM European Private Markets ("EPM"), LBP AM's private assets platform, announces the appointment of Gabriele Perri as Investment Director within the Capital Solutions division. He will report to Sophie Vergez, Co-Head of Capital Solutions Funds of Funds.

The Capital Solutions division designs, structures and manages tailor-made investment solutions. Its objective is to meet the needs of wealth management professionals and institutional investors across the whole private assets spectrum, delivering a broad of risk profiles and sustainability requirements.

An international career and multi-asset expertise

Gabriele Perri (38 years old) joins LBP AM from Amundi Private Equity funds in Paris, 
an EUR 20 billion platform investing globally in Private equity managers. Gabriele brings extensive experience in conducting due diligence, portfolio monitoring, working on innovative products launches such as ELTIF’s and supporting fundraising from both Institutional and Wealth clients. 

Previously, he held various positions at Amundi Asset Management in Milan, Paris, Boston and Dublin, as Risk Manager and then Senior Risk Analyst, contributing to strategic acquisitions and international compliance projects. He began his career at BNP Paribas Securities Services in Milan.

​​​​​​​He holds a Master's degree in Economics & Business Law specialising in Finance from the Catholic University of Milan and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Management. 

A key step in the development of Capital Solutions

This appointment illustrates LBP AM's strong commitment to accelerating the development of its Capital Solutions division, driven by the launch earlier this year of its ELTIF 2.0 fund, "LBPAM Private Opportunities", which had EUR 240 million in assets under management at the end of August 2025.
